The firm at present is carrying out range of services including statutory and internal audits as per Indian Laws, investigation audits, stock audits, concurrent audits, preparation of tax returns for Resident Indians as well as Non Resident Indians, debt syndication, liaison for public offerings, listing of financial instruments, secretarial services, liaison for stock exchange compliances, private placements, Corporate debt restructuring, management consultancy services such as merger, demerger, capital structuring / restructuring, due diligence, valuation of financial instruments, preparation of deeds / agreements and various other Corporate financial advisory services.

The firm at present is offering management consultancy services to about 50 clients, taxation services to about 1000 clients and audit related services to about 150 Corporate as well as non corporate assesses.

CA Sunil Poddar
CA Sunil Poddar, aged about 52 years, is a Commerce Graduate, Fellow Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification. He started his career by promoting SPC in 1988 and is placed at the top of the organization structure. With knowledge of both financial and secretarial aspect and also having good command over legal issues, he takes lead role in handling all kind of services provided by the firm. His major area of expertise has been in Auditing, Corporate Advisory Services, Debt Syndication, Public Offerings and other management consultancy services.

CA Abhishek Saraogi
CA Abhishek Saraogi, aged about 34 years is a Bachelor of Commerce, Fellow Chartered Accountant and DISA by qualification. His major area of expertise has been in the fields of taxation as per Indian Laws, conducting various audits including Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Investigation Audit, Stock Audit, Propriety Audits and also advising in corporate structuring. Presently he is given separate and independent charge of audit and income tax related matters with assistance of a well qualified staff.

CA Navin Shah
CA Navin Shah, aged about 28 years is a Bachelor of Commerce and Associate Chartered Accountant by qualification. He has gained experience in the field of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Stock Audit, Propriety Audits and others.

The partners have wide experience and expertise in all fields of audit, financial and consultancy services. The clientele base of the firm ranges from a sole proprietorship firm to big companies at national level, Corporate/ Non Corporate, Residents or NRIs to Government entities like Banking Company, Insurance Company etc. Our range of services rendered includes:
