M/s. Sunil Poddar & Co. (SPC), a Chartered Accountancy firm as per Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 of India has been promoted by Mr. Sunil Poddar in the year 1988 as a proprietary concern for providing statutory as well as non statutory management services to the clients.

With the development of business and clients the firm felt need to have more and more expertise it was converted into a partnership firm w.e.f January 1, 1998 with introduction of Mr. Abhishek Saraogi as a partner along with Mr. Sunil Poddar. Later, Mr. NavinShah joined the firm as partner.
